Thank you. Thank you. Thank you... but photos? What "news" does a photo of a bottle and a medal provide? Let me see what I can do but such photos are (for me) quite un-newsworthy...

These three are all young wines, Ajmassa5983. Elderflower is often bottled and drunk while it is still fermenting. My winning bottle was started in November. My bochet was started in May 2017, and the t'ej was June. IMO, fruit wines need a far longer aging time but flowers and honey? They can be ready for drinking in weeks... (my meads tend to be low ABV although the elderflower is about 12%)
