What a wonderful post. I’m planning a bunch of 1 gallon batches with my primocane blackberries as they ripen over the summer and fall, each one with some variation in sugar, yeast, etc. The idea is to get a solid recipie locked down before the main #400 harvest comes off next spring. I might have to try one au-naturale!
