I finished bottling first wine yesterday, and its amazing how many friends and family start digging into your bottles after everything is done. I am going to have to start charging for this.

You'll learn real fast Dennis to hide you good stuff in a ox in the back of the downstairs closet and leave the "so-so" stuff upstairs on the wine rack.

I am learning that right now. I bottled up my first kit to have some wine for now, and then build up some good ones for later. I guess I will have to move away for a couple of years to have some stock. It was great to have people admiring your work though. Thats what friends are for.
