I have some of these grapes that I want to make wine for blending. Which yeast would be best for this grape? any suggestions?

Well, I don't have any experience, but I do have two thoughts. First is that Scottlabs recommends either Enoferm Syrah or Lalvin Clos. These are both available from Morewine.

The other is to look at what is recommended for Carignan(e)'s "stablemates." That is, the areas that grow Carignan(e) also tend to grow Tempranillo and Grenache, and sometimes Syrah. Recommendations of more common yeasts for those grapes can be found here for Grenache, here for Tempranillo, and here for Syrah.

Good luck!
