My small Chilean batch, pitched Wyeast 4007 mlb on May 24.
At almost 2 months I think I am going to call it finished and add kmeta.
Note: the 2 Chards on the right were the batches I made from frozen grapes that at close to 3 months after adding Wyeast 4007 they seemed stuck and I moved on and added kmeta. Note how the far right seems pretty much done with MLF and the first still has a trace.....interesting..!!
