Just started making my own wine and mead because I'm cheap. I've made mead from honey that my bees have produced that tasted like parts cleaner, the next round was a bit better, trying a third time hoping for better results. I made some wine from our chokecherries too, wasn't all that great, now just finished my first Merlot kit. So, some experience, but really don't know much. Wanting to connect with someone else in the area to learn and share experience.
