How Can I Convert To 1 Gallon Recipes?

All of the recipes that I have found call for large quantities of wine, which is great! But my question is, when I want to experiment with a new fruit I am don't want to waste 3 or 5 gallons of wine if it happens to turn out horrible, how can I convert the recipes to 1 gallon?

If anyone has a link to 1 gallon wine recipes, please post it for me.

Take the recipe, divide ingredient measurements by the number of gallons the recipe calls for...

I know there are some recipes on that site that are 3 gallon.

You don't need a recipe, all you need to do is put enough sugar to bring sg to range you want, add enough acid blend to the desire level and nutrient, ferment, rack, add k-meta and petit age and backsweeten before bottling. A recipe should only be a guidance.
