Hi all,
I was wondering how would I go about making a chocolate port style wine.
I know this is crazy as the chocolate seems to be an issue. Joe gave me some ideas but I need to start from scratch, Raspberry wine fruit base. some good cocoa, I have thought of Penzys. 1/2 madagascar vanilla bean in the in the secondary and a maraschino cherries with the syrup in the secondary. Or should I consider modifying a coffee port as Joe has suggested.
I know this is kinda crazy , especially since I have a chocolate port on order.
I would also want to make a 3 gallon port.
suggestions, ideas would be appreciated.
sincerely,
Corinth
ps: I most I have to lose is time, some money and of course, my sanity
pps: "pot style" in the title is my mistake.
