LOL ... Oddly enough, that was gonna be my original post, but I wasn't sure how it'd be taken since I'm a new guy. I didn't know if it would have gone over well or poorly.
You can also get Raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar at a lot of stores. A shot or two of those should get your wine turning for you. Some vinegars like Bragg's include the mother in the bottle.
