Made 1 of the Cab Franc wines a few months ago and it just didn't last around these newbie wino's
So I bought 2 more of the Cab Franc's and also 2 of the Riesling Ice Wines as well, have the Riesling in already and the cab probably in as soon as the fermenter is free, as you suggested I will make them both at the same time and see what I can do about the aging this time. 1st one only lasted about 3 months, maybe!
Why are there 2 sachets of yeast included in each of the kits?
Can I use just 2 or 3 of them when making a double batch in the same fermenter?
