Well last friday I was going through my emails and saw one from my my LHBS. It was from the head of purchasing . There are 3 or 4 stores in this chain . Anyways he said he wanted to send me a kit free of charge due to the old date of kit I purchased from them earlier. I said I was already compensated on that with a lil discount on some items I bought there . He said he wanted to still send me the free kit anyways , so long story short I am getting an rjs pinot noir free of charge , should have it by thusday . Well guess I will be going to my lhbs of friday to pick up a few more items such as a couple 6 gall. glass carboys , and two more primary buckets and what ever else I can think of .

Sounds like they want to do things right for their customers. Can't beat that!

Well thats two of us telling awesome customer service stories. I just posted one today about George at FVW on the what are doing today thread. Good for you and , yes I would also be buying other stuff from him at time of pick up. Cutomer loyalty goes a long ways.

I only have very small stores around here. NO real customer service. Go in, find what you want..(if they have it)... head home!

Lucky YOU!!
