very cool. How is the tram/catawba blend, and what was the percentage of each? I also made those this past fall. I also just bottled my apple and that is getting very good reviews.

I have the cat/tram in for cold stabilize right now. If I recall it was about 50/50. Just left over juice. Got to love that traminette nose. It is becoming quite popular in this area.
