Interesting topic!! I moved from Maryland to Delaware last July. Smaller house, no basement.
The garage corner has become my winery. Because of my work situation, I am living in my mothers old house in Pennsylvania 4 days a week, and in Lewes, DE 3 days a week, so I have my wine and beer making equipment split between both houses.
It never fails that I need something and it will be at the other house.
I was bottling some Dead Ringer IPA last night, and broke a brand new Royal crown bottle capper.....I was not happy....because my other capper was at the other house.
