Fabiola Member Joined Apr 21, 2012 Messages 481 Reaction score 88 Dec 26, 2012 #3 Recipe: 1 global vintners white grape concentrate 3 vanilla beans 1 pkg Lalvin D47 yeast 1/2 tsp bentonite 1 campden tablet 1 tsp yeast nutrient 1/8 tsp tannin 1 tsp acid blend 1 tsp pectic enzyme 1/2 tsp yeast energizer 1 1/2 cups of corn sugar (until SG=1.10) tap water to make 1 gallon
