Taste of new wine kits.

Just bottled the WE super Tuscan. Early taste, which is 8 weeks start to bottles, is already pretty good. Not a trained vintner and don't even drink much wine, but the wife said it was going to a wine she will love.

Keep in mind is that most of us on this forum are not trained vintners, e.g., we did not receive education at UC Davis or other accredited universities. We learned from the prior generation, we are self-taught, and we learn from the School of Hard Knocks. And we learn from each other!
