Just started a 6 gallon batch of this with 2 cans and a ssg of 1.084. Really wanted to get fresh fruit this summer but funds didnt allow for it. Added the norms, ascorbic acid and such. I also have on deck 2 cans of Blackberry and 2 cans of Blueberry. I have 15 lbs of Golden rod honey coming also so will start a straight batch of mead (Probably) unless i decide to throw it in 1 of these batches!
