Our time in San Antonio spoiled me for a few things: homemade tortillas, homemade tamales, fresh guacamole, and really good margaritas. We do ours with fresh lime as well.I just finished a 60 hour work week, something I haven't done in a while. I can't say I miss it. In the hour since I got done, I've learned that I prefer blue Curacao to triple sec when making margaritas.
I learned a long time ago to use fresh lime juice. I don't buy margaritas out as they use a mix. Plus the price is ridiculous .....
