Just curious if any of you guys or gals have seen this in your juice pails? It looks like white residue but when stirred he fizzes and foams up a bit..,
This is 6 days into fermentation. Almost looks like some sort of bacteria at first but it dissipates when stirred up and forms a foam. Just want to make sure I don’t have anything else going on…That's normal, it shows you have an active fermentation. Some yeasts foam more than others. If you haven't yet added yeast it could be the native yeast but the companies that make the buckets are so secretive they could have already added it.
