Going bananas

I’ve happened in to lots of bananas, besides just eating, smoothies, and banana bread, what can I do with bananas?
Wait....you didn't mention wine! Since you're on WMT is it just accepted and understood? Please tell me you're making wine!😄

I'd use at least 6 lbs of VERY ripe bananas per gallon. They freeze well if ripening times are different. And if they're organic you can use the skins also.

After reading your list I realized, oh yeah, bananas can be used for other things beside wine!😅

You may be hallucinating ... bananas are just for wine!

They are often used as an additive for many types of wine.
 
Of course I was thinking wine. I’ve seen references to banana wine, but never really considered it. That is, until I happened in to a “bunch” of them. Any good recipe sources?
