cindilu8 just to prevent any confusion we are NOT telling you to put hydrogen peroxide into your must. That is very controversial and in my opinion not safe. Just wanted to be sure you did not misinterpret the last poster when he talked about hydrogen peroxide.

Hope your reading and learning. The wine will turn out drinkable, and you'll learn a lot by the end.

Thanks Pam. You are right. I was NOT recommending hydrogen peroxide. It requires very careful additions and can easily harm the wine. Not for the novice to try. As I said in my first post - splash racking to oxygenate is the best strategy.
