Actually the butterfly pea flower tea wine has this amazing color too. It's like a lavender purple. It's very floral tasting but I really like it. I just bought more flowers so I can start a second batch.
I'm going to try some! Normally with flower wines, you remove all of the green first. Did you do that, it looks pretty time consuming! I'm wondering if it is necessary.

It wasn't necessary. The dried flowers I bought had the tiniest bit of green on them so I just processed as they were
