We haven't made any wine yet.
We will try making a chardonnay from a kit.

I'd like to make the wine my grandfather made, beet, dandelion, rhubarb, choke cherry, and wild strawberry, however none of those are available in southeast Arizona.

Has anyone made green chili wine?

I would get quite a few "kits" under your belt before trying wine from grapes or fruit.
