Best wine making kit

I know this is an old thread that got resurrected, but looking at all the comments and then the date of the thread got me wondering. Finer Wines kits were basically introduced to this forum right after this person posted. How do these responses hold up to today, now that we have options for unpasteurized kits?
 
I’ve noticed that RJS has replaced their wet grape skins for dried skins. I’m thinking the wets would yield better results . Any comments or has anyone been able to compare the results from the two?
The grape skins in Finer Wines are dry. I find them easier to use than wet and don't see how dried skins would have different results than wet.
